Our Methodology
Intelligence such as project wise lease records, project completions and progress updates, and all other derived indicators such as absorption, vacancy, rents and capital values, yields for submarkets and cities are estimated by using a clear bottom-up methodology. The objective is to help customers with all micro level details till macro trends and projections at submarket and city level. We have developed a platform of first-of-its-kind to help clients with forecasting for commerical and residential markets by using quantitative forecasting.
About Our Founder
Dr. Subash Bhola
Dr Subash Bhola, the founder of RE Journal is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the field of real estate research and advisory. From the early days of growth of real estate in India in 2000s, Subash has been a pioneer in providing cutting edge RE research and analytics to the industry stakeholders. He is a PhD in economics and mastered in quantitative forecasting technique for commercial real estate.
Subash has worked at JLL for about 15 years, where he was leading the Research & REIS platform for India. Besides, he has also worked at Colliers consulting division, Roulac India investment advisory along with working towards various research projects undertaken by RBI, UNDP, UGC-govt of India previously.
